Warm appetizer of olives

Ingredients for 6 servings:

Pitted green olives 2 cups
Pitted black olives ½ cup
Water 2 cups
Olive oil 2 teaspoons
Cumin leaves ½ teaspoon
Garlic 1 clove
Fennel seeds ¼ teaspoons
Orange zest ¼ teaspoons
White wine vinegar ½ teaspoons

Preparation:

  1. Put the olives and olives in a small bowl and cover with water. Leave it on for 10 minutes. Drain and dry.
  2. In a small frying pan, mix the oil, olives and olives, chopped cumin and garlic, fennel seeds and zest. Put on medium heat and cook for about 5 minutes, until the characteristic smell of garlic and well-heated oil.
