Hummus with olive oil

Ingredients for 4 servings:

Dry chickpeas 150 gr.
Sesame paste 1 tbsp.
Garlic 2-3 cloves
Lemon juice to taste
Olive oil 20 ml.
Salt to taste
Smoked paprika or ground red pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Rinse the chickpeas, pour water for 8-12 hours.
  2. Cook chickpeas on low heat for 1-1.5 hours. Pour the broth into a glass and set aside.
  3. Add sesame paste, crushed garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and spices to the bowl with chickpeas, grind everything with a blender until smooth, pouring in a decoction of chickpeas so that the hummus does not turn out too thick.
  4. Serve chilled with corn nachos, bread rolls, vegetables, olives or pita bread. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator for no more than 7 days.
