Ingredients for 4 serings:

Potatoes 3 pcs.
Onion 1 pcs.
Chicken eggs 4 pcs.
Sweet red pepper 1 pcs.
Ham 100 gr.
Cheese 30 gr.
Black olives to taste
Salt to taste
Grinded black pepper to taste
Olive oil for frying

Preparation:

  1. Cut onion in rings. Fry in oil.
  2. Dice the pepper, add to the onion and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Boil potatoes, peel and cut into cubes.
  4. Cut the ham into cubes.
  5. Add potatoes to pepper and onion and fry until golden brown. Add salt and pepper.
  6. Beat eggs, add ham to them.
  7. Put the vegetables in a baking dish.
  8. Pour the egg mixture on the vegetables. Bake in a preheated 180-200 degrees oven for 10-13 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
