Potatoes

Preparation:
- Cut onion in rings. Fry in oil.
- Dice the pepper, add to the onion and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Boil potatoes, peel and cut into cubes.
- Cut the ham into cubes.
- Add potatoes to pepper and onion and fry until golden brown. Add salt and pepper.
- Beat eggs, add ham to them.
- Put the vegetables in a baking dish.
- Pour the egg mixture on the vegetables. Bake in a preheated 180-200 degrees oven for 10-13 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
