Carrots

Fresh mushrooms
200 g
Extra Virgin olive oil

Preparation:
- Clean the fish. Get rid of the head, fins, tail and spine. Add salt to the resulting fillet.
- Finely chop the onion and carrot. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices. Cut the zucchini into pencil-thick cubes.
- Fry all the vegetables sequentially and separately from each other until ready in olive oil. Do not forget to add salt and spices.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Make a liquid dough from flour and water, similar to plaster.
- Spread out three pieces of baking paper on a baking sheet. Mix the vegetables and put them in the middle, and the dorado fillet on top like on a pillow. Wrap the paper in a rectangular envelope. Cover the seams with dough thoroughly — you need to block the way to the air.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
