Ingredients for 6 servings:
Olive oil

Preparation:
- Cut the sausage into cubes, chop the garlic and onion. Peel the bell pepper from the seeds and chop finely.
- In a large deep frying pan with hot oil, saute finely chopped garlic, onion and bell pepper for 2-3 minutes.
- Throw the sausage into the pan and fry until lightly browned for 2 minutes.
- Add quickly boiled rice, wine, broth, saffron and shrimp. Cover and cook over high heat until most of the liquid is absorbed into the rice (about 6 minutes).
- Add mussels, peas, olives and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the mussels open.
- Remove from heat, remove all unopened shells and let stand under the lid for about 5 minutes until the rice absorbs all the liquid. Serve directly in a frying pan.
