Ingredients for 4 servings:
Squid
450 g
Olive oil

Preparation:
- Turn on all gas grill burners to maximum power. Close the grill and let it heat up for 5 minutes. Clean and oil the grill grate.
- Thoroughly pat the squid carcasses with a paper towel. Put the squid carcasses in a bowl and lightly drizzle with olive oil.
- Grill the squid on the hottest side on both sides until golden brown, and then transfer to a serving dish and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil, garnish with parsley and serve with lemon slices and green olives.
